Party was summoned to a a research facility orbiting a star somewhere in distant space. It turned out that "cleaning the vents" really meant entering the ventilation system itself to kill genetically enhanced tigers that had been living there after escaping from an experiment and had been feeding on interns. Confrontation occurred with the tigers despite some party attempts to communicate and negotiate. The sector was cleared, although there are certainly more still in the station. Documentation on potential plasma technology was recovered from an intern corpse on the way out and turned in for a small silver bonus.
