Adventurers needed to explore ancient ruins.

The party was hired by King Edwin of Gilhast to explore some recently uncovered ruins and bring back anything important. There, they discovered that the ruins were an old research facility and that it was being assaulted by an organization known as the Firewall. They were additionally tasked by the remaining caretaker to wipe out the attacking Firewall entities and take the artifact they were after away from the facility. The party was able to accomplish these goals and left the ruins with the artifact, a glowing orb, to give to the employer.

Payment received was 3000 silver from Edwin and a Control Module each from the caretaker. Also found was a harpoon gun-like firearm.
