The Rougtero Incident Session 2

Immediately resuming after the sniper shot, Inkeri and Odin chase the sniper, damaging a building in the process. The sniper escaped through use of a magic item. When the guards arrive, they realize that these are adventurers, and they had been given instructions to direct all the remaining conscious adventurers to the city council building, as they had been summoned. At the councilroom, the councilors went over what had happened during the day, pardoned the Moricosis and gave them authorities to help deal with the crisis, and reopened the lower council. Afterwards, Spice and Maestro joined Rodrigo, Inkeri, and Odin to investigate the wall. The party learned quite a bit about the magical makeup of the ritual inside the walls, but were ambushed after leaving by two snipers. One of the snipers was able to escape, but the other was incapacitated and had his magic item removed before it could teleport him away.
